Henrike has her fitness roots in swimming and has developed her love for physical fitness further through ballroom dancing as an adolescent and weight training and road cycling since her university days. Besides her personal training accreditation, she holds several other qualifications such as pre- and postnatal nutrition and fitness as well as training for the chronically ill and has worked with a wide variety of clients over the past 10+ years. In YourBody.Co-Fitness, Henrike is the nutrition and lifestyle coach and provides around-the-clock support on healthy and goal-oriented nutrition for clients of all walks of life.
With two children (7 years old and 1 year old), Henrike and Vic know very well how difficult it can be to balance a healthy and fitness-oriented lifestyle with the demands of a family, a full-time job, friends and social commitments. It's this knowledge - and the experience of how it can be mastered - that our clients value so much. Our approaches are real life tested, and that’s why they work.
Vic comes from a fitness background in basketball and has been into weight training since being adolescent. He is a certified PT with a strong focus on targeted and effective training methods – be it in class surroundings or in individual sessions. Over the years, he has developed a high-energy style in his classes with something for everyone and results visible after just a few sessions. In 1-to-1 workouts, he completely caters to your starting point, preferences, and of course, existing injuries and chronic conditions.
Training with your own body weight, on machines, with free weights or with home workout equipment - anything goes, your sessions with Vic will never be boring. At the end of each workout, you'll go home with the good feeling that you've taken another big step forward.
The YourBody.Co-Fitness studio is located just a two minute walk from the Catholic Hospital, right on tram line 3 in Erfurt. You can work out with us or alone in a friendly family environment and always with support at hand.
Our courses take place in the studio and in the surrounding area - depending on the course and weather conditions. There is a sports field and the park of the Catholic Hospital in the immediate vicinity, so outdoor sessions provide variety. Our Lunchtime and After-Work Bootcamp/HIIT classes meet at the Southeast Research and Industrial Center/Commercial Area (please see website or announcement on our social media channels).
