HIIT WORKOUT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) & FITNESS BOOTCAMP ERFURT

With fun and energy, we work with you through sessions that will challenge your body in just the right way to see progress in all areas of physical fitness. Bodyweight sessions paired with targeted intervals of lighter activity will boost your metabolism, develop your endurance and promote a healthy cardiovascular system.
