Fitness during and after pregnancy —

You are pregnant but don't want to miss out on physical fitness? You've been working out and taking classes so far, but now you're unsure what you're still allowed to do? Or maybe you haven't really done much exercise so far, but want to make your pregnancy the start of a healthier you?

Then get in touch with us! We have the qualifications AND personal experience with exercise and fitness during pregnancy and will be very happy to guide you through this exciting time.

Maybe you are already a mother and are now longing to re-shape and re-strengthen your body? Then you've come to the right place.

With us you train safely, effectively and always in a fun and positive atmosphere! Whether 1-2-1 or with your friend in the same stage of life – we offer the most suitable set-up for a healthy pregnancy and post-natal time.

Targeted training during and after pregnancy minimizes risks such as gestational diabetes, it can shorten the birth process, and helps moms meet the demands of their new role in a strengthened and positive way.
